Dear Sirs, I am writing today to say thank you. On Wednesday I was traveling from Chicago, IL to Raleigh, NC when I encountered an auto breakdown near Union, KY with a boat in tow at about 7:00 pm. I called AAA and within 1-1/2 hours assistance was at hand. A tow truck from A & W rescued me from the off ramp and towed my vehicle to their service garage. I left my car with them for repairs, which were done the next day. My mechanical difficulty was caused by a faulty fuel pump which they replaced and I was on my way the following day. I had questioned the cost of the repair service but after checking around I was satisfied that all was in line. I thank A & W for their professionalism and the quick service to someone who was in transit. They are five star in my book.

Hi all! Just wanted to drop you a note to say how much I appreciated the work you all did on my old Thunderbird. I had taken this car to four different shops in the Florence area and I got responses from We don't do that kind of work, to I don't know if the service manager will want to tackle that or not. Come back next week when he is in, to Sure, we can do it but it will cost you between $500 and $1,000. Even the local Ford dealer didn't want to try to replace that exhaust manifold gasket. You all did an excellent job. The repair was done correctly (replacing bolts that the last mechanic forgot to put back in), done within the time frame promised and done at a fair and reasonable cost. I really appreciate two things that you did. 1) Inspecting the exhaust manifold and sending it to a machine shop to be machined 2) Parking the old Bird inside at night to keep it well protected Having owned this old car for 38 years, I am real particular abut her and certainly appreciated the car she got while she was at your shop. I also want to let you guys know that I submitted your shop to the Click and Clack Car Talk website as a repair shop that folks should consider when needing repairs in the Florence area.
